Warm-Up: 200m Row. 10 Burpees. 10 Ball Slams. 10 Tuck Jumps. Skills: 5 Minutes of Pistol work on your own. WOD: 3 Rounds for Time (Scaled is 2 Rounds) 50 Double Unders or 150 Single jumps. 40 Sit-ups w/Ab-mat. 30 Single Count Mountain Climber 200m Run. 10 Ring Rows.
