If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete our series of elements classes which consist of 3- 1 hour sessions and are designed to familiarize you with the basic movements of Crossfit. These sessions are a prerequisite prior to joining our group classes. We’ll cover the 9 functional Movements, Nutrition, and how our group classes are run. Once you have completed these sessions, you will then join the group workouts, but will continue to be monitored closely and your workouts will be scaled until you’ve become more familiar with the exercises. Workouts are scheduled per 1 hour sessions. Our memberships are on a month to month basis. We currently do not offer punch cards.

We do also offer one on one Private Coaching. Please see below for details.

Private Coaching/Personal Training

Bare Bones CrossFit is now offering small group and one on one private coaching.  Whether you need some additional training in certain movements or if you are looking for a more Personal Training feel to your workouts, our Trainers will be with you to help you in obtaining your fitness goals.  Workouts will be relative to your individual fitness level.
