If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete our series of elements classes which consist of 2-3 One hour sessions and are designed to familiarize you with the basic movements of CrossFit. These sessions are a prerequisite prior to joining our group classes. We’ll cover the 9 functional Movements, Nutrition, and how our group classes are run. Once you have completed these sessions, you will then join the group workouts, but will continue to be monitored closely and your workouts will be scaled until you’ve become more familiar with the exercises. Workouts are scheduled per 1 hour sessions. Our memberships are on a month to month basis. We currently do not offer punch cards.
