If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete our series of elements classes which consist of 2-3 One hour sessions and are designed to familiarize you with the basic movements of CrossFit. These sessions are a prerequisite prior to joining our group classes. We’ll cover the 9 functional Movements, Nutrition, and how our group classes are run. Once you have completed these sessions, you will then join the group workouts, but will continue to be monitored closely and your workouts will be scaled until you’ve become more familiar with the exercises. Workouts are scheduled per 1 hour sessions. Our memberships are on a month to month basis. We currently do not offer punch cards.

Morning Sessions:

Mon – Fri: 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30.

Mondays: 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30.

Tuesdays: 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30.

Wednesdays: 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30.

Fridays: 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30.

Team/Group Workout or Open Gym are complimentary and open to all Bare Bones athletes. Times and dates vary.

Unlimited membership $170 per month (this membership allows you the flexibility to come in at any time you wish as long as the class is not full)

Couples Discount:  (please note that discounts cannot be combined)

Unlimited membership $260.00 per month

We offer a special discount for Active Duty & Former Military, Firefighters, Police Officers, Seniors Citizens (55 & up), Teachers, Nurses,  and Students. (please note that discounts cannot be combined)

Private Coaching/Personal Training

Bare Bones CrossFit is now offering small group and one on one private coaching.  Whether you need some additional training in certain movements or if you are looking for a more Personal Training feel to your workouts, our Trainers will be with you to help you in obtaining your fitness goals.  Workouts will be relative to your individual fitness level.
